What data we process

Only what you give us voluntarily: your name, email and whatever you tell us when you write by email or social media, and your email if you sign up to the newsletter. If you accept analytics cookies, also anonymous or pseudonymised browsing data (see the cookie policy).

What we use it for

• +Sending you the newsletter, only if you've signed up.
• +Understanding how the website is used to improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the newsletter and analytics, and pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for information or order a service.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

We don't sell or share your data. To run the website we work with providers acting as data processors: Vercel (web hosting), the email provider for barronico.es, Brevo (newsletter delivery) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@barronico.es. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
